If you’ve booked an appointment with Cece this means you have filled out paperwork prior to clicking the ‘book’ button. By booking your appointment you’re advising that you have thoroughly read all the information, paperwork and policies prior to booking.

It is the clients responsibility to be fully prepared for their upcoming appointment.

You will receive an email upon booking, an email 72 hour before, an appointment reminder text the Sunday before, 48 hours before as well as day of. This ensures on our end we have done everything possible to help you prepare for your appointment. Lack of preparedness on your end that could result in a same day cancellation lays upon the responsibility of the client.

Prepare for your appointment by bringing AirPods, doing you hair and makeup for photos, and wearing a neutral top (black preferred because of ink mishaps)

Bring cash to avoid a transaction fee.

Arrive at least 20-15 minutes early to find parking and get yourself settled into the location. We are located directly on the corner of airport way and south horton street. The building is named Urban Worklofts.

park and head up

Please do not head up any earlier than 15 minutes prior to your appointment. There are three call boxes, one on the street level and one inside each level of the garage. Park anywhere. At callbox, dial 749, we are located on the 7th floor suite 749 right next to the elevator. Elevator does time out after 45 seconds for security purposes if this occurs please us the callbox or kiosk to gain access again.

  • We respectfully request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time this doesn’t mean you will get in earlier, but ensures you have time to park and find the callbox to wait until Cece is ready. All brows appointments are allocated a 10 minute grace period to be inside the studio not parking at 10 minutes after (parking 10 minutes late means you’re going to be 15-20 minutes late to arriving inside the studio and you will be charged and turned away) When booking services at By Cece, your appointment is scheduled with an Cece whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late outside the grace period it is considered a same day cancellation

  • We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. We ask that you give us a fair warning of 48 hours. You will be emailed or texted the day before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and Cece, it is our company policy for all clients to give 48-hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charges for the scheduled treatment. Members that fail to show for their appointments will forfeit their missed appointment, and will no longer be allowed to book until their balance is paid. Two or more last minute reschedules/late/same day cancellations can result in you being terminated as a client even if you’re full balance is paid.

  • We are sorry, but spa treatments, brow appointments, deposits are not refundable. Products unopened/sealed can be exchanged for a credit within 30 days of purchase. Gift Certificates are not refundable.
